Invacare is proud to announce our participation in the Superhero Series powered by Marvel, taking place on Saturday 16 August at Dorney Lake, Windsor.

As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusion and accessibility, we're delighted to be supporting 20 participants, including three of our own incredible team members, who will be taking on the challenge and proudly representing Invacare at this inspirational event.

We’ll also have our hospitality area where you’ll receive a warm welcome with a chance to meet the team as well as Rest, Refresh and Recharge. Highlights from our involvement include:

•    Our warm and welcoming hospitality area
•    A  wheelchair rugby arena, in partnership with Berkshire Banshees wheelchair rugby club, who will be hosting taster sessions of this fun and challenging sport 
•    Backing the ever-popular climbing wall challenge
•    A dedicated repair service, provided in partnership with one of our approved retailers, to assist participants with last-minute equipment adjustments and repairs

In addition to supporting the event, we’ll be hosting fun activities and competitions at our stand, including:
•    A chance to win custom-designed Superhero spoke guards
•    An opportunity to win free entry tickets to the Winter Wonderwheels event in December
•    Colouring activities, giveaways, and refreshments to keep everyone energised throughout the day

The Superhero Series, is a unique and inclusive event where people of all abilities come together to take on triathlon-inspired challenges in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a powerful celebration of determination, teamwork, and community—values that are central to everything we do at Invacare..
